I decided to write it because I thought Mycroft needed a girlfriend, and I wanted to vomit forth some of my headcanon about who he is and what he does. So this is a story about Mycroft Holmes, told from the point of view of Sherlock and John. It is a story about making mistakes and forgiving the people who make them. And last but certainly not least, it is a cyberpunk-lite spy story, because that's how I roll.
