Summary

Dr. Weir was killed shortly after arriving in Atlantis, and since it's a Civilian Expedition, McKay is left in charge...
This is way out of Rodney's comfort zone, even though Sheppard is in a similar position, now Ranking Military Officer. They figure out how to work together to keep the expeditional going. -

Summary
The Psi Corps has gotten several of its members selected for the Atlantis expedition. Some of them, like expedition leader Elizabeth Weir, are loyal to the Corps despite a regrettably strong sense of personal ethics. John Sheppard is a hairsbreadth from going rogue, and was recruited for the expedition solely because of his ATA gene. The Psi Corps knows they could never find anything in common. Set in season one, shortly before "Letters From Pegasus."
