I was vaguely aware of him taking another drag off the blunt, turning me to ashes as my nerves fell apart, leaving me numb as the smoke filled my lungs and weaved through the holes in my brain. I was vaguely aware of him staring at me as I looked up with my glazed over eyes unfocused.
