Long after the defeat of the Nighlock Master Xandred, Octoroo is left alone looking after himself lonely.
That is...until, a new Nighlock who goes by the name of Xitra and claims herself to be a relative of the late Master Xandred comes along.
She devises a plan and creates a monster to attack the city, to have the Rangers defeated and rise the water of the Sanzu River.
Everything goes as well as she planned when her monster had simply defeated all of the Rangers. But when it looks like all was lost, Mentor Ji calls on one of Mia's relatives, a new Ranger, the Silver Samurai Ranger- who holds the hidden power of Air and the Eagle Folding Zord, appears and defeats the monster easily, causing herself to prove herself to be more powerful than any of the Samurai Rangers.
She vows herself to never stop until Mistress Xitra is destroyed. But as soon as Mistress Xitra sees her, she soon holds a grudge and vow that she will defeat the Silver Samurai Ranger herself due to a conflict in the past with a former Silver Samurai Ranger.
But, who is this Ranger? Can she be trusted?
