Summary
Melpomaen is a reborn elfling. He has two fathers because Saruman cursed one of them to fall pregnant to the next elf they saw - that unfortunate elf was Legolas. Mel was born with all his father, Erestor's, memories and intelligence and causes mayhem wherever he goes. He is probably the cutest, naughtiest and baddest elfling anywhere and yet he steadfastly refuses to believe he is anything but well behaved. Erestor is the only elf to have ever suffered a migraine; he hopes they will go when Mel is fifty and leaves home.
Wherever Mel goes there is uproar. Things become worse when he finds out that the Valar have already assigned him a soul mate and that a new baby brother is on the way, who is also reborn. Who are Mel's first set of parents and why does Saruman want to capture him. How did Mel manage to stab the wizard in the eye with an arrow and why is Sauron so interested in him? Also, why have the Valar assigned Gandalf to be his guide?
The story follows Mel as he grows, until he becomes an adult, finding out about his true origins on the way. Will he choose to be good or will he embrace evil? It could go either way.

Summary
It should have been a peaceful summer ride from Imladris to the High Pass to meet a small party from Mirkwood.
The Watchful Peace had ended, but the mountains still seemed safe enough for Melpomaen to be included among the warriors performing a mere courtesy.Melpomaen had not left Imladris in many years, and anticipated an enjoyable excursion that hot and sultry summer. Instead he found himself facing danger, death and a mysterious personage he had heard of only in tales.

Summary
This story is set just after the First World War where the last elves who never sailed live alongside humans.
Erestor, a well known war artist and contemporary of J.R.R.Tolkien, is shell-shocked and traumatised by his experiences in the trenches. He lives in an English village with Glorfindel, an explorer, who has recently returned from a secret government sponsored mission. The story looks back at Erestor's experiences in the trenches and follows his attempts at recovery in Craiglockart Hospital, in Scotland, and then in the village of St. Michael's leap on the South Coast of England, where he and Glorfindel find out who is actually behind the First World War and other battles happening throughout history.
The villagers are extremely curious, not least because of the status of the newcomers. Such famous residents might make their village famous enough for the King to visit. Both elves are taken to the heart of the gossipy social circles of St. Michael's Leap and watch as the villagers try to out do each other in vying for their attention.
All goes well until Erestor finally paints his 'Golden Light' and decides to exhibit in the US....

Saruman has invited himself to Mirkwood for a holiday and tries to coax Legolas into painting him. Legolas is horrified and refuses, probably because Saruman is wearing one of his mother's best dresses and has stuffed two melons down the front.

A flesh eating, killer plant is growing in Imladris. When the local animal population drops and the plant has grown its strangling vines all around the Last Homely House, the Elves suspect it might not be a wise idea to keep it around and so they decide to kill it.
The story includes: two naked male elves bathing, the plant killing Lindir's dog, hot elf sex, a discussion of Thranduil's sexual predilections, hungry elves and lots of elf warrior battle action!!!

Summary
A modern day, elves who never sailed, detective story in the style of film noir.
Erestor was the most evil elf in Gondolin and Imladris, yet he managed to hide it so that only a few saw him as he really was.
Glorfindel was his lover who thought that he had escaped Erestor forever after the ringwar.
Neither elf sailed and by chance they meet up in modern time. Glorfindel is a detective, constantly creating new identities for himself, and Erestor was until five years before, a hardened criminal who killed for fun. Now he seeks Glorfindel again with promises that he has changed.
A puzzling trail of bodies appear over the next few days and it seems Erestor is to blame for killing them, but exactly how many murders did he really commit, and also, who tried to kill Glorindel? Finally, how will Erestor flee when he hears the call of the sea with the police chasing after him?
