Summary
Instead of crossing paths with Mike Stamford and meeting Sherlock about a prospective flatshare, John gets a job as the studio medic for a major adult film studio. Sherlock Holmes is one of their biggest stars, though there's more to him than meets the eye (many puns intended). Their paths cross at Eroticam Studios and hijinx ensue.
This AU is for fun and smut, not to be taken in any way seriously.

The good news was, Sherlock was alive. Also, he was technically conscious. Although, to the outside observer, the consulting detective did seem to be asleep.
But John wasn’t an outside observer. In fact, he was about as much of an inside observer as one could be, as he’d actually had occasion to observe Sherlock’s insides a few hours previously.

Who knew you could be subcontracted out of the Army? Not John. And he's not happy about being forced to work for a shady pharmaceutical company that uses humans as living incubators. All things considered, it's a stroke of luck that the doctor ends up personal physician to Sherlock Holmes, a consulting detective gathering the proof he needs to take down Biopharmaceuticals Limited for good.

A gen to pre-slash story about what might have happened if the drunken, disheveled Leonard McCoy of the 2009 Star Trek movie had met Jim Kirk a week earlier, instead of in the shuttle on the way to Starfleet Academy. Takes place in a slightly alternate universe, where brilliant young Jim Kirk isn't a delinquent, and has grown up with a stay-at-home Winona, and Captain Pike as his mentor.
