But it is [hard to get good help], so Rodney, being Rodney, decides he's going to get married, perfect solution, someone to do all the menial labour he doesn't want to do, hang around his living quarters so he doesn't feel lonely when gets home. And that someone gets to live in the city of the Ancients, the very reason Rodney gave up all his earthly comforts for. Only, apparently he shouted too much to the people from the agency because his bride is neither blond nor female. Still, sending him back would cost Rodney a million and the lack of femaleness doesn't mean he can't help out in the house so he marries him anyway. He's not going to take advantage of him, though, obviously.
