Summary
Tony came back from Afghanistan and covered up the horror and torture with a smile and a gold-titanium shell. Things like that never go away, and he never forgot what he saw there. But he keeps marching on, because lying down and being upset about it isn't the Stark way.
Enter Loki, fresh from a mission gone wrong, who's also got a body full of scars and a head full of tortured memories.
Tony needs a new bodyguard, and Loki's more than willing to fill the position as he gets his life back together. When they discover their common link in Afghanistan, well...

Once again, Steve brought the band back together. But the new Avengers are still not ready to trust each other. Meanwhile, somebody is feeding SHIELD false information and when Tony Stark is pointed out as the villain, the ball starts rolling out of control. Steve has limited time to juggle the Avengers, SHIELD, Tony and possibly all of New York. He also has a strong belief that there is no such thing as zombies.

When Bruce Banner disappeared off the planet after a weird accident in his lab, his cousin Jennifer did everything she could to find him. She had no idea she'd find him changing into a green rage monster to save New York, or that she would be swept up into his world quite so brutally...
My take on Jennifer's origin story in the MCU. Some of the details have been changed slightly, but hopefully not enough to deter from the story. Eventual Bruce/Tony and Jen/Natasha pairings.

This is a drabble from an RP account I have. It depicts the character in his earlier days.
Giles is the son of Gambit, Remy LeBeau and Jean Grey. He has inherited Remy's kinetic charging abilities, along with Jean's psychic aptitude. He also inherited Remy's "devil eyes", but instead of the irises being red, they are a brilliant blue set in black.
This drabble begins with Giles returning to New Orleans to face down some old demons. There is a flashback scene as he walks through his old abode, and a surprise finding of old letters from his father at the end. The drabble was set in place to lessen the animosity he has pent up toward Remy...
Also, Ms. Linda talks some sense into Giles about his sexuality, may she rest in peace.

Hogwarts Professors have a few things they keep as a mantra: Tony Stark graduates in two measly years, Steve Rogers has yet to break, Clint Barton will one day get hit with a bludger hard enough to keep from talking, Loki has stopped pranking the poltergeist, Pepper Potts rules the prefects with an iron hand, Bruce Banner's getting a grip of his furry little problem, Natasha Romanoff did not frighten a First Year to the point of fainting first day back, and Thor has yet to discover the kitchens. Now, if only this would keep them going through the year, and the outside world doesn't implode before graduation.
