It was the start of the summer between Stiles’ sophomore and junior year of college. He’d wanted to stay in his sardine-sized apartment right off campus this summer, but due to insufficient funds and the fact that he busted his right femur, Stiles was back where he grew up, living with his dad. He didn't like the word spying, although it was accurate, but he couldn't help himself, his new neighbor was hot. It wasn't long before he started to see weird things in the house being fixed up by Gorgeously Scruffy-dude. Stiles thought scenarios like this only happened in the romance novels he used to steal from his gimlet-loving great-aunt, Graunt Josephine. Well, a summer romance had always been on his bucket-list.
