Spoilers: If you’ve read the rest of the series, you already know I use what I like of canon and pitch the rest, both movie and comic ‘verse. Spoilers for the ENTIRE MARVEL MOVIE ‘VERSE, including possibly upcoming story lines.

Warnings: Language, mentions of sexual content.Additional Pairings: past Clint Barton/Natasha Romanov, past Tony Stark/Pepper Potts, and mention of Thor/Jane.
Summary:
Phil still can’t believe the team considers him to be an Avenger, Clint wants to pretend that last mission just flat didn’t happen, Steve’s as happy as he's ever been in his life, Thor’s excited that his fiancé will be moving in soon, Natasha is still standing, Rhodey’s ready to catch her if she falls, Tony’s still ambushing Steve and Bruce whenever he can, and Bruce is his usual unflappable self as long as he makes sure not to be in the same room with either of his lovers when they change clothes.
Then a guy walks into the tower making claims that should be impossible, shaking Steve to the core and causing some revelations to be made.

Summary
Clint's been having nightmares ever since the whole thing with Loki only that was a year ago and he's sure that he should at least be past the nightmares by now- only his nightmares have nothing to do with what happened with Loki. Clint's nightmares are focused around something else, something he's not sure if it's a memory or just a nightmare. It's something dark and evil, but it's also something he feels like he needs to remember.
His entire life might be changed when a horrible inccident leads to the something in his past reawakening and coming back for him. It's dangerous and deadly but Clint can't help but feel that this presence is one that had at one time been the most important thing in his life.
As the reawakened presence slowly starts to reinsert itself into Clint's life the Avengers start to realized that whatever this thing is that it might end up taking away their archer and they won't let that happen.{Another horror cross over, because I'm getting tired of the same old, same old. Let's spice things up a bit.}

Loki Laufeyson and Anthony Stark. Both attendees of S.H.I.E.L.D College (known to civilians as Rosestone). Loki, training as a field agent and as a psychologist. Tony training in Weapons Development. Both hate each other. But what happens when Clint decides to handcuff them together for a week? Classic hate-to-love story with a twist. Basically smut, angst and fluff. Eventual FrostIron.
“Listen, Loki-" Tony paused as Clint slammed the door coming back in.
“Alright, you two. Term hasn’t even started, and you’re already bickering like two year olds. Nat and I came up with a plan for you two to bond.”
“I swear, Clint, even you lock us in a room together until we’re best friends, I will personally go to the weapons department and shoot you.”
“Now who’s the aggressive one?” Tony grinned.
“Shut up.”
“That’s rude.”
“So are you.” They were so intent on renewing their argument, that they didn’t notice Clint take the handcuffs from behind his back and slip them onto Loki’s left wrist, and Tony’s right one. -

"After the Avengers capture Loki at the end of the movie, they lock him up as a precaution before shipping him off to Asgard. And being the good guys, they decide to give him the chance to bathe and dress in clean clothes instead of sleeping in his own dirty rags.
The problem is, without the whole battle gear and the drawn and mean look, Loki looks surprisingly young, which prompts the Avengers to ask Thor just how old Loki really is. Of course Loki is centuries old, but Thor tells them that in human standard, Loki would still be considered underage!
Cue to horrified Avengers who wants to know exactly what sort of crappy home life Loki must have had to end up like this before even reaching adulthood."
It rather spiralled from there into a behemoth, now in the process of being edited and hopefully cleaned of glaring plotholes! Updated daily.

Summary
Steve doesn't understand why he and Tony just don't get along, and finally fed up begins asking for help amongst his fellow Avengers. The eye-opening results put him on a path to a new self-awareness and better relationship with the whole team, not just Tony.
Meanwhile, Tony is seeking a new opportunity to be a better hero, to open new doors to a better world besides just clean energy. After all, between politics, research, cost, competitor's contracts, and other issues, it will be decades before that shows any real results on a nationwide scale, much less global. Perhaps Alpha/Omega rights, something he can support now, will suit the bill?
He might even come out of hiding himself.
