It's the morning after Emperor Martin Septim defeated the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon. It should be a joyous occasion: the end of the war and a new Emperor on the throne. Martin wakes up in the Imperial Palace contentedly snuggled around his lover, having finally had enough sleep.
But his lover, Alix, wakes up with the worst hangover imaginable, legacy of all the potions he swallowed the day before to keep his magicka reserves flowing in battle.
