Summary
This was written in response to a comment on the last chapter of my epic crossover fic (which I have posted in two other places on the internet, but not here because I’m waiting until it’s finished). It is wildly out of sequence, but since the epic itself has just reached AngstFest ’11, someone said they wanted to see John do something to make Loki less sad.
For what it’s worth, this fic could be canon, if it happened much later in continuity. Somewhere towards the end of the sequel, maybe, or way, way after the series is over. Or maybe not. I’ve not written the ending of the series yet, and (knowing me) there’s always a chance I’ll suddenly find myself writing Ragnarok. In which case, this is a little out-of-continuity snippet of John/Loki fluff.

Summary
John knows Loki and Thor, due to Loki deciding John was to be his betrothed. John fled from Asgard to avoid this and didn't expected to see them again. He also never suspected he'd end up working with S.H.I.E.L.D. again.

Bookmarker's Notes
Because there isn't enough Avengelock. Plus Loki is an annoying bugger.
