Prompt fill for the Steve/Loki community on livejournal, basically:
One morning Steve or Loki kisses the other on the cheek at the breakfast table. Though they're not even dating and it really was an accident, they continue to do so at random times during the following weeks to screw with the team (their reactions have to be hilarious). And then one day they kiss in private.
I can't explain why Loki lives with the Avengers. It just happened.
