Summary
Black spots danced before her eyes as the Romulan crushed her neck. She felt her fingers wrap around the hilt of her knife, a six inch blade she kept razor sharp. She pulled it out of her pocket and with the strength she had left she stabbed backward. She felt the impact of the knife as it went into flesh and the coppery scent of blood filled the air.
Mild spoilers to the STID movie, though the story takes place after the movie.

Nyota wasn't prepared for this - the sight of Kirk of the thousand one-night stands, and McCoy, gruff and snarky divorcee, in a lip-lock that could've powered the warp core. Or for it to be so hot.

Summary
Spock and McCoy don't like each other much. At the worst of times they argue, at the best of times they barely tolerate each other. They compete for Jim Kirk's attention and friendship. Sure there's some jealously there, but there's something about the science officer that makes McCoy terribly uneasy.
Warning: forced bonding, pon-farr, non-con, violence, some horror elements, alcoholism, drug use, phobias.

Summary
During the time spent with Khan, Jim came to kind of, sort of, like the man. A lot. And because of that, and the fact that the super human's blood had saved Jim's life, Khan's life was spared and he wasn't even returned to his comatose state. But he's under scrutiny by Starfleet and is monitored as he spends time with Jim and his crew on the Enterprise. What ensues? Chaos, of course.

CONTAINS MAJOR, MAJOR SPOILERS FOR STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS
written for this prompt on trekkink: Kirk didn't save Spock because "they're friends", he did it because he's madly in love with Spock. He wanted to tell him that when he was dying, but chickened out at the last second. Cut to later, after everything when Kirk is all healed and hears that Spock and Uhura broke up. Unwilling to let his second chance go to waste, he runs clear across Starfleet to see Spock, corners him, and finally tells him. Bonus for a long, impassioned speech, which he will not let Spock interrupt. Once he's through, Spock informs him that he and Uhura broke up when he was in a coma, months ago. Also, his reason for doing it was that he was conflicted over his feelings for Kirk. After some stumbling around in logic-ese, Kirk gets that Spock is basically saying "Me too". Kirk proceeds to spaz and attempt to kiss the logic out of Spock.
tl;dr: Kirk tried to confess when he was dying, failed, and succeeds epically later. When he does, Spock reciprocates.

Summary
“How are you here? You can’t be here-I saw them lock you away!” He was screaming, hands shaking furiously. Kahn slowly rose, each movement elegant and measured. He advanced until he was standing inches away from Jim’s face. The captain shivered as the other leaned in until he could feel cold breath against his neck.
“Oh, I am not out yet. Actually, I am right here…” he took one cold hand and ran it down the captain’s chest, stopping over his heart.
Kahn inhaled deeply and then he disappeared, leaving Jim alone in his room, weapon aimed at empty air.James t. Kirk, the captain of the Starship Enterprise, the hero who saved not only his entire crew, but all of Starfleet from a man hell bent on revenge, cannot sleep. The blood of a killer is the only thing keeping him alive and a strange new voice has found a home in his head. When he starts to see Kahn everywhere, he will begin to question his sanity...along with everything else.
