Summary
Browbeaten and threatened into denying himself by a domineering father who refuses to be embarrassed by even a whisper that his son is gay, Arthur has given up everything that he's ever wanted in his life to keep the peace -- shaky as it is -- with Uther.
Arthur Pendragon, a former track and field Olympic medallist, is the well-liked and successful track coach of Camelot High, with a long list of former students making the national teams. For years, he's been courted to join the coaching staff at Ivy League universities, with the national team, for the Olympic team, but instead of jumping at the opportunities in front of him, Arthur keeps his head down and stays at Camelot out of a feeling responsibility for his students, duty to the school, and a tiny, little bit of fear.
It's the first day of school and a new runner joins Arthur's team -- a senior transfer from Ealdor High. Merlin Emrys is out, open, impossibly friendly, immediately popular, and impossibly persistent.
Merlin has two goals: the Olympics and Arthur.

Summary
Based on this Kinkme prompt: Gwaine dislikes the upper class with a passion. He tells Arthur as much after (or during) their one-night-stand. Arthur keeps quiet about his wealthy background, assuming it will never work out between them anyway. When it does seem to be working out, keeping his richness secret becomes more difficult by the day. Bonus points for BFF Arthur/Merlin.

Summary
When a visiting noble attacks Arthur with the intent to kill, Merlin is forced to openly use magic to save his life. With execution less than twenty-four hours away, a desperate Arthur tricks Merlin into binding their souls in order to prevent his death as a sorcerer. But the soul-bond has some unexpected consequences, and when Uther demands that Arthur unbind his soul so he can carry on with the execution, the two set out on a journey to find answers. Along the way they deal with the ramifications of Merlin's deception, discover some truths about their growing feelings for one another, and are forced to make some huge decisions that could have an impact on their lives forever.

"Gwaine's sixth problem, which may have been and always would be the greatest, was his complete and utter refusal—nay, inability—to accept help from others. It tied into his hubris, yes, a bit, and also his pride—for Gwaine had a great deal of pride, contrary to popular opinion—it was shame he didn't have, which was different."
Gwaine has had worse scrapes than this: he just can't think of any right now.
A boar hunt with the knights goes terribly wrong, but as things progress, it turns out that that's the least of his problems.

Sometimes the road to love is paved in ridiculous, if not somewhat awkward Facebook and Twitter posts, far too many pop culture references than are strictly necessary, nosy supporting cast members with insanely large personalities, the establishment of "The Land of Giant Sofas", and a little bit of liquid courage. Call it a bonus when destiny lives next door. Loosely based on this KMM prompt.

Written for a prompt on Kink Me Merlin 26:
Arthur/Merlin, Modern AU
They meet at an orientation week party at uni/college, when a blind drunk Arthur mistakes Merlin for a slightly androgynous girl (note: not actually a girl!Merlin prompt). Merlin is initially responsive to being hit on by Arthur, but when he understands that Arthur is confused, he lets him down gently (without bothering to tell him he's a bloke).
Being used to getting what he wants (and maybe a little bit besotted), he starts following Merlin around campus and flirting with him. Other students think Arthur is being rude/homophobic by calling him a girl and harassing him, so they don't correct his assumptions. Merlin is too confused and overwhelmed by Arthur's attentions to do so himself, and let's face it. Arthur is really, really good at denying the obvious and glaring truth.Bonus points if you can find a happy / sexy ending to Arthur's denial :D

Androgyne/Trans/Genderqueer (biologically male) Merlin is mistaken for a cisgender woman by a very drunk Arthur. Problem is, the next day he doesn't realize his mistake and Merlin is so pleased that she doesn't correct him. I, for one, was impressed with how well everyone coped.
High on the adorable, low on the angst, just a little sex that's not plot-essential if you're not really into reading porn. -
