During what should be a peaceful, relaxing reunion between friends, trouble stirs when townspeople begin to mysteriously die. The only pattern of the victims is major bloodloss and bite marks on the neck. A team of "experts" is called in to get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately, no one individual is making this job easy on the others. The aristocrats don't want to work with the Hunters, who have a problem with the consulting detective's snide remarks. And then there's the stranger who turned up out of nowhere who no one has seen or heard of before. But he can't possibly have anything to do with the killings.
