Summary
Homestuck/Apocalypse AU. On an Alternia inhabited by trolls and humans, it was prophesied years ago that when the birth of the Son of the Messiah came to be, the world had only five sweeps remaining until the end. A baby boy is found on the steps of the MatriChurch, and is given the name Karkat Vantas--while a necklace of the Signless is found around his neck. The sign of the Messiah. Hidden away by his surrogate mother-sister Kanaya and her fellow Sisters, it is hoped that the prophecy won't come true--but when meteors are sighted on his fourteenth birthday, and demons and angels come a-knocking, the end seems to be coming, and there are two fates ahead of Karkat: kidnapped by the demons, who use his power to burn the world, or kidnapped by the angels, who use his power to 'cleanse' the world. As a last ditch effort, Kanaya elicits the Seer of Light's help, whose cousin is the Knight of Time--a Knight who will be paid handsomely if he can safely escort Karkat to the mysterious Altar of Blood on the other side of the planet, perhaps the only possible third option that will stop The End. The only problem? It's looking like Dave's falling for the New Messiah, whose blood will be spilled regardless of the option they choose.

Summary
It was hard to fall asleep in the middle of a crisis. It went completely against your instincts, to just fall asleep without triple checking the area surrounding you (which was very unlikely to actually be clear of Angels). But time was of the utmost essence.
A moment later you opened your eyes on Derse, the bright harsh white of his planet replaced by purple buildings in a similar style. It took you another (precious, wasted) moment, but you finally remembered why you were there and stood, scooping up the sleeping troll lying beside you.
He wasn't showing his injuries yet. That was a good sign.
“Hold on, Sol.” You could do it. You could still fix this. You just had to make your way to the core of Derse before Sollux's dreamself bled out.
Totally possible. Right.

"I had thought this was a game of destruction and might, not of exploration. The landscape irritated me in its infertility. Vast, somber cathedrals and castles thrust towards the barren sky, offering no sign of life nor movement, not even a flag to whip in the wind. I began to wonder why I had ventured out."
Set within the canon universe, exploring Eridan's journey from entering the game to his death. Some pseudo-Lovecraftian themes and general creepiness, especially in later chapters.
