They hold a gala for the wing's opening, inviting doctors from other hospitals to check out the new facility. I see some great Kyle/Reid interaction as well as Luke/Oliver, with Oliver showing off Seirra Rose, whom Luke adores. This leads to a later LuRe conversation where they discuss having a family. Loving sex after said conversation is up to the author's comfort level.
