That moment, that hellish, horrible moment, was seared into his brain. His fingers tightened around the beer bottle as his dark eyes grew haunted.
Most of the time he was proud of his job, fulfilled in knowing that what he did was important, that he, Aomine Daiki, made a difference. But on days like today, he questioned everything, wondering if he could continue fighting the good fight when there was so much evil in the world.

Aomine’s and Kagami’s rivalry gets kicked up a notch when they make a bet on who can better please their lovers (Kise and Kuroko respectively) with their mouths. For the hell of it, Takao lets himself get dragged along. With bragging rights and 4,000¥ on the line, the three of them set out to prove their mad, oral skills.
“Shin-chan won’t let me go down on him.”
The woeful statement came out of nowhere. The basketball Kagami had been tossing in the air went sailing as his mouth fell open. Unfortunately, Aomine stood in the ball’s path and bam! it smashed right into his head, bouncing off with a hollow thud.

“I wasn’t playing you, I promise.” Kagami raised both of his hands in front of him. “It’s just, well, you’re beautiful!” He blurted out the sentence earnestly even as his face caught fire.
“We need to rid you of that habit of blushing like a schoolboy,” Aomine pinched Kagami’s cheek. “But, it is adorable. You’re right,” he addressed Kise, “we’re together. Have been since high school. But, we have room for one more. And you are definitely beautiful. I have been fantasizing about that mouth of yours for hours.”
Kise was shocked at what Aomine was implying. Shocked and, god help him, intrigued.

Summary
It's the last ever game to be played between Touou and Seirin, and Aomine Daiki has one last chance. He, of course, takes it, though it is far from what Kuroko expects (and entirely opposite his plans for the future). Aomine always does have a way of upsetting the applecart, so to speak. Misunderstandings and convoluted relationship issues immediately arise, as is the nature of the beast. Aomine/Kuroko, Kagami/Kuroko, Takao/Midorima, one-sided Himuro-->Kagami, eventual Kise/Aomine.
