As Dean starts to reevaluate his feelings for Jo, he runs into Cas, a curious looking blue eyed guy who Dean can't help but be attracted to. Everything changes on the camping trip, mostly in Dean's tent, and Dean has to figure out what he wants to do. Stay with Jo, or experience something new. Dean Winchester and his brother Sam have been foster children since he was six years old, after their parents died in a car crash. Bounced around from place to place, it's only when Dean is old enough to consider himself an adult that he takes Sam and hightails it out of that life, preferring to live on their own in crappy motels instead. When they catch wind that their old foster sister Charlie has been kicked out of her home, they decide to take her with them. And for a while, all seems okay.
At least until a shattering death and an unexpected meeting turn the boys' world upside down.
My first attempt at A/U, so if it's terrible...well oh well.
There are definitely still Supernatural-ish elements to this, but for the most part it's a/u.
