Summary
Thor takes a good look at Loki once he has hauled him back onto the quinjet, and realizes that there is something odd about Loki's eyes. Thor has grown and changed much in the last year, and no longer takes anything for granted. So he starts asking questions. It doesn't take long to figure out that Loki is not acting of his own free will.
Tony Stark knows what it is to be forced to do as an enemy commands. Steve Rogers has seen the atrocities manipulative madmen are willing to commit. Clint, Logan, Bruce and Natasha have been subjected to said madmen. They all know what it is to lose themselves, and to seek redemption.
Together, this band of broken heroes draws a line in the sand. They will not tolerate any tyrant, foreign or domestic. That includes Nick Fury and the WSC, who have used everyone on the team for their own aims. It includes Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, who has hunted Bruce against all reason. It includes Odin, who treats his sons like commodities. And it includes Thanos, who has delusions of conquering Earth.

You don't have to read this one in order for the ThunderSpider (which henceforth shall be BlackStorm) to make sense. I've just got to wriggle into Tasha's mindset first since Thor's easy to write.

Summary
Loki never asked his mother for a new life, to move to America, to start at a new school, or for a step-brother. He certainly didn't ask for said step-brother to be built like the Norse god he's named for, and he didn't ask for his body to react anytime said step-brother touched him. Well, it doesn't matter that Loki didn't ask for any of it because that is his new life, and he better learn to deal with it.
SHIELD Academy is one of the top schools in the nation, but the students are even more colorful. Loki makes "friends"—using that term flexibly—fast, and that's all great except for he's falling faster.
Loki hates people, has always hated people, for a reason. It looks like those reasons are his life now.

Summary
Magneto is losing himself to his plans for domination and Charles is finding the balance between his personality and Onslaught after accepting the entity as part of himself. Their friendship has reached the proverbial fork in the road, but the question remains, can they find the road not taken?
The Onslaught saga concludes, roughly combining XMFC, X3 (mostly through the appearance of Phoenix plus a few other points), and the Onslaught comic arc. I'm not the best at summaries, but hopefully that's intriguing enough.

Summary
A baby girl left for dead in the remote hills of China is taken in by the monks of a nearby Taoist monastery, raised in the ways of their tradition. As she ages she exhibits abilities exclusive to a mythical race alluded to in Chinese lore and the earliest recorded mutant presence in China, the Sage. When her powers become too potent she is sent to Xavier's for training. But Sages have a very powerful historical enemy who've begun hunting her down. Seen as a threat to national security, S.H.I.E.L.D intervenes and has the girl enter their ranks to tackle this terrorist group, making her their first employed mutant. Alliances are formed and powerful foes are coming at them from all sides as Nuan struggles to understand and master her ancient technique.

Summary
After a bad break-up, Logan returns to the town where he grew up in the hopes of putting everything behind him. Nothing much has changed since he left, save for a few new faces, and he's happy to settle back into his old life - until he meets Gambit, a homeless young man the town has labelled a thief and an outcast, and no one wants anything to do with. Where the town sees trouble, Logan sees a cry for help, and he can't help getting himself involved with the odd young man. For better or worse, only time will tell.

When Wolverine accidentally brutally murders intruders in the X-mansion he decides the team is better off without him and leaves for good. Two years pass and mutants are persecuted more than ever. Kitty goes on the run and discovers Logan in London. The two form an uneasy partnership which develops into a much stronger bond as they start to realise just how much they mean to each other. All the while, they must find a way to survive in a world that would much rather see them dead.
Other X-Men characters will be included later on. Expect swearing, violence and moderate sexual scenes.
