Kristoff Havener, FBI Special Agent, is dead- or at least, that's the story. 1930s AU. The first time Brendon met Spencer Smith, he picked his pocket.
This fic was the brain child of sadiane and zabira, who came up with the concept of a Great Depression AU where Spencer and Brendon are grifters (thieves/con men). S would randomly email me with things like “sleeping in barns!” and “Card games!” and “wearing suits!” and in the end I gave in and started writing it.
