Summary
The Hawke family was used to life throwing hardship their way. Facing a Darkspawn army, fighting for life and freedom, meeting dangerous witches, it was all just life as usual. Sekhmet would fight to protect them even with her last breath. She had made a promise to Papa and she intended on keeping it, it was the least she could do after what she had done.
The story is pretty mild so far, rating will change as the story progresses. It is slightly AU as it fits into my Relationship In Pieces Universe.

After a year of mercenary work to get into Kirkwall, all Bethany wants is to keep her head down and remain hidden. Her brother, however, has other ideas. One of which includes helping a Pirate Captain duel at night, not to mention completing their end of the bargain with Flemeth's necklace, helping out anyone who has coin, as well as trying to set her up with Anders.
But as much as Bethany tries to follow and submit to her brother's wishes like the good sister she tries to be, Isabela has other ideas. And she doesn't mind using trickery to get what she wants.

The companions of Dragon Age are all kittens and nobody can resist the adorableness of a kitten. Anders is the most adorable ginger kitty you've ever seen and Fenris is practically Grumpy!Cat but with white fur and blue eyes so it takes everyone by surprise when he manages to scowl so menacingly. Everyone else seems to take on a form of their own.
They are 'Dragon Hunters', Anders is the only one who can sort-of-kind-of-read (He's like Dori from Finding Nemo in that area) and Varric goes around telling marvellous tales of Dragons from aviary picture books, so they tend to get Dragons and Birds mixed up and this is just a completely random set of their kitten adventures BUT MY HEAD TELLS ME ANGST AHEAD AND THERE IS NO REAL PLOT. THIS IS COMPLETE CRACK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
This is to combat my writer's block because what better to combat writer's block THAN WITH CRACK!

Hawke’s crew finds itself in the middle of a morally-difficult holy war, fighting for the same side but not at all united. Relationships and faith are put to the ultimate test as a few destined leaders are forced to shoulder more responsibility than they can handle, while their loved ones feel powerless to help.

Three years after being made Viscount of Kirkwall, Hawke receives word from her about an impending threat and insists on both an audience and an alliance. Claiming it to be worse than the Archdemon, both women must work to rally together their peoples as well as their old allies to stop that which threatens all of existence.

Isabela knows that Hawke is still caught up on Fenris after all this time, even if she would never openly admit to it. Feed up with seeing her friend so depressed, the pirate decides to take matters into her own hands. When Hawke's group stumbles upon a certain former assassin from her past, Isabela quickly hatches a plan with his help to get the lonely mage the attention she deserves, one way or another.
Meanwhile, Fenris struggles to distance himself from the one person he has ever felt any real connection to. Caught between unacknowledged feelings for Hawke and anger at how her magic affects both his markings and his resolve with a single touch, the elf shows his one-time lover nothing but outward disdain while secretly throwing himself between her and any opponent who would dare attempt to cause her harm. This just so happens to include a contemptible Antivan man with a silver tongue and wandering eyes who has taken a sudden and unacceptable interest in his mage.
