Summary
Erik is a writer haunted by the First World War.
Charles is a paraplegic poet wounded in the third Battle of Ypres, the Battle of Passchendaele.
He emigrated to New York, where Erik is the toast of the town for his gritty portrayals of love and loss in post-war America.
Or, you know, the usual: a love story between two broken people trying to make a go of it in the midst of massive social upheaval.

Summary
AU, in which Charles is shot, and Erik rushes him to the hospital, with the help of new-found ally, Azazel. Despite the best medical treatment available, the prognosis isn’t good- Charles will live, but paralyzed. And for once in his life, Erik puts something before revenge- helping his best friend. Pity Charles doesn’t see things that way.
Luckily for Erik though, Raven has some problems of her own and goes with him, because, God knows, Erik needs a baby sitter. Unfortunately for her, she doesn’t realize just how much help Erik will need- his guilt over what he did to Charles isn’t the only thing keeping Erik up at night.
Despite everything, everything they've been through, everything they are going through, neither man can let go of the other, regardless of what it means for them or anyone around them.
However, Erik and his team aren’t the only ones looking for a mutant with the potential to help Charles. Emma Frost has run into some serious trouble, and has jeopardized everything Erik, Azazel and Raven are working for. But has this threat blinded them to the true danger lurking in the shadows? -

Summary
Young Scottish soprano Moira MacTaggert is a rising star at the New York Metropolitan Opera, tutored by the mysterious Opera Ghost. At least, he would be mysterious...if her childhood friend Charles Xavier didn’t keep pestering her about the brilliant mutant mind he can clearly sense hiding in the opera house, and Moira was too stupid to tell the difference between an Angel of Music and someone hiding behind her mirror.

Summary
From a prompt at xmen_firstkink: "One mutant Erik and Charles encounter is a precog--a weak precog, in that she can get a vague idea of the future, but not much more. She declines to go with them, but warns Charles that Erik will hurt him in a way that nobody ever has before, that Charles won't be able to feel afterwards. What she's talking about is Charles being shot in the spine, of course, but Charles is so wrapped up in his newly-found desire for Erik that he assumes she's talking about an emotional betrayal, and gets paranoid..."
