Summary
Following his shooting and near-paralysis at the hands of an angry human, psychiatrist and mutant-rights advocate Charles Xavier has to put himself, and his life, back together. As his body heals, though, his mind continues to fracture, broken apart by anger and the fear that the ideals he's held all his life are nothing but self-delusion. With his assailant's trial date approaching and his telepathy almost out of control, Charles's therapist gives him a choice: get help or she'll get it for him.

Summary
Two years following Cuba, an uneasy alliance has been formed between the two Mutant factions headed by Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr. While Charles works to build a school and safe haven for young Mutants, Erik is recruiting new members into the Brotherhood, intent on preparing for a war which he believes to be inevitable.
Raven is caught in the middle, attempting to adapt to her new life as Erik's right-hand woman and to motherhood. As Kurt nears his second birthday, the discovery of a new Mutant - Irene Alder - leaves Raven questioning not only her relationship with Azazel but her own dedication to the Brotherhood as well.
When a surprise visit by Charles to the Brotherhood's Headquarters inadvertently brings a dangerous new Mutant, one James Howlett (AKA, The Wolverine), into the organization, the situation quickly spirals out of control. Disaster is looming for both the Brotherhood of Mutants and the Xavier Institute, but not even Irene Alder can predict the shape of what's to come.
Sequel to DEVIL, FATE runs from the year 1963 to 1966.

In a Modern, Powered AU, Charles Xavier is a struggling post-graduate student who works part time as a waiter for a catering job. His father once owned the prestigious toy company called The Little Polar Bear, that is until he died in a factory fire and his mother remarried to the Markos who run it to the ground.
As fate will have it, Charles is working the night The Little Polar Bear undergoes a merger with Das Spielwarengeschäft mit der Maus, an overseas toy company that is run by the enigmatic Erik Lehnsherr who always keeps part of his face covered.
This is the story of them falling in love and facing a number of trials and tribulations to stay together. Based loosely from the Norwegian fairytale East of the Sun, West of the Moon and written for Round Two of X-Men Big Bang.

AU where everyone's born Dominant or Submissive
Once a Dominant and Submissive pair is born, they are linked to each other, no matter how far apart they are. This link doesn't actually tell the Dom or the Sub each other's thoughts, but it does allow them to know how the other's doing and serves as a reassurance that there's someone meant for them out there.
Another one of the reasons that Erik hates Shaw so badly is because Shaw managed to break Erik's link to his Sub. Now Erik doesn't even know if his Sub's alive because breaking a link like that can kill a Submissive.
Meanwhile, Charles hates himself for not yet having telepathy strong enough to contact and help his Dom, especially after feeling the pain his Dom was forced to go through. He truly believes that his Dominant is dead. Hopes it, some nights when he remembers how his Dom was forced to suffer. It's better than to think of his Dom still being forced to bear that pain.
And then Charles pulls Erik from the water.

John never expected to fall in love with a self-diagnosed sociopath and Sherlock never expected to fall for anyone at all. Raven never intended to become the Practical one and Molly never intended to continuously get crushes on unavailable men. Lestrade never expected to be fighting off the advances of the most pompous grad student to ever attend ESU and Mycroft never imagined there would be someone he couldn't wear down in a natter of minutes. Tony never planned to fall in love with someone so good that it literally hurt to look at them. Erik never considered the possibility of finding happiness in a blue cardigan and Charles, well he never thought he'd see the man who that took his virginity again.
but as it turns out for all of them, college isn't the best place to say never.
