Summary
In a post-Apocalyptic Wasteland, the Inspector purchases a slave, strangely more intelligent than the others. What the Inspector doesn't know is that this slave used to be at the pinnacle of the now non-existent government. And he has a brother.
A brother who will stop at nothing to find the person that everyone calls 1-8-9-3.
