"What, what, what was I supposed to do? The kids are there, they're seeing Santa, they've got visions of whatever dancing in their heads, their parents are too busy trying to feed them, and then there's you. So they wake up Christmas morning, they don't get what they asked Santa for, they're scarred for life, and they think Captain America let it happen."

Summary
Cue up a summer night with a strife between one astonishingly drunk foster father and one teenage boy who can’t keep his mouth shut and the resulting cliché pushes said boy to be as dramatically angst ridden as a fourteen year old girl who no one understands. Includes meeting an online acquaintance with charming buckteeth, copious use of the phrase ‘no homo’, body image issues, shenanigans and feelings. In short, Karl Vantas is the reigning over the drama as self-proclaimed monarch for life and John Egbert is not helping the situation.

Summary
Ed could untie knots in the fifth and sixth dimensions -- blindfolded -- and he could convince the military he fell through a rabbit-hole, and he could even shut down a Drachman invasion (with a little help from Roy Mustang), but he can't seem to make his hormones behave or to sort out which general is trying to destabilize Amestris from within. One or the other would be nice if anyone's shopping for his birthday.
It suddenly made sense why Roy had him digging through ancient history, and he was going to print up his report in quintuplicate, bind it in iron, and use it to hammer that jackass into the floor.Spoiler Warning: End of first anime series, Conqueror of Shamballa movie.
