Summary
She turns up in the worst places. Occasionally, this is an aggravation that Methos spends days, weeks, and centuries grumbling about as it requires him effecting some sort of grandiose rescue involving plans which might make the Trojans weep with envy. This is, however, only occasional. Rare even. More often than he will admit, and less often than she pointedly does not point out, it's means she's saving him.

Summary
Nick is dreaming, and in that dream Richie asks him for a favor. Go to Seacouver, find a man called Adam Pierson, and get him to teach the mysterious diamond rope tie.
In his Immortal nascence and still full to the brim with bitter anger, Nick decides to grant the favor. His teacher isn't at all what he expects, there's a lot of take-out for dinner, and the couch he ends up sleeping on at the loft is as unyielding as stone. But somehow, along the way, the favor Nick does for a dream-Richie turns out to be one that has repercussions for a long, long time.

Inception-specific thematic list: Mal-was-right by jenna-marianne.livejournal.com
Inception (2010)
This work isn't hosted on the Archive so this blurb might not be complete or accurate.
Summary
I've been thinking about an Inception-specific thematic list for a while. There are common themes in Inception fics that, like any other fandom-specific themes, are unique to the fandom (excepting fusions & crossovers).
To kick off my Inception thematic lists, the 'Mal was right' trope. Basically, Mal was correct in believing that the events of the movie are all a dream. There have been some fabulous and varied fics that explore the idea.
I've tried to compile a comprehensive list, but if you have any additions, recommendations or suggestions, let me know!

Summary
Five thousand immortals, and every one of us a universal receiver.
Written for lavvyan's John!Farr universe:
http://community.livejournal.com/john_farr/
Note: While I'd call this story Gen, Teen, and without pairings or triggery content, this not true for the rest of the universe. As this story will not make sense without reading the rest of the universe, YMMV. Thus the "Not Rated" and "Choose not to use archive warnings" label.
