Summary
Many Elfquest fan writers' maiden effort is a Recognition story, and mine was no different. This one introduced the tribe known as the Hawkfriends, as well as the characters of Kestrel and Starsinger who would be my characters in Fixed Star Holt. The story was originally published in Issues 2 and 3 of Fixed Star's zine, The Constellation.
