They aren't ALL nsfw, but most of them are. The pairing is listed as the Chapter Title, and other than that there's no real organization. It is important that they are not making a big fuss about her there, treating her as a matter of course, like passing around a bottle of wine or so (the reason for this doesn't have to be explained). The card game must go on!
