In response to this prompt on KMM, found here: http://kinkme-merlin.livejournal.com/30557.html?thread=29464157t29464157
I'd like to see a fill based on this recent quote by Rupert Young, Sir Leon's alter ego:
“Because Merlin’s been around and he’s always at Arthur’s side, as has Leon in many ways, they have grown to like each other,” Young explained. “However, there’s always that status. I’m always going to have a slightly higher status than Merlin. So we all — I think my character and all the knights — will kind of joke with him. We have a laugh with Merlin, but there’s always a line, in the same way, but not as much, as Arthur and Merlin. There’s that respect there, but Merlin always knows his place and we’ve always got to remember that he’ll be our friend, but when he needs to be, he is still a servant.”
To me, it has always seemed this way, that Leon considers himself Merlin's "better". It isn't that he doesn't like Merlin; he just believes that there are others born to greater things than peasants.

Summary
"Gwaine's sixth problem, which may have been and always would be the greatest, was his complete and utter refusal—nay, inability—to accept help from others. It tied into his hubris, yes, a bit, and also his pride—for Gwaine had a great deal of pride, contrary to popular opinion—it was shame he didn't have, which was different."
Gwaine has had worse scrapes than this: he just can't think of any right now.
A boar hunt with the knights goes terribly wrong, but as things progress, it turns out that that's the least of his problems.
WARNINGS: Language, violence and sexual themes.

Anon, who is feeling poorly, requests a story on the kinkmeme with Merlin, Arthur, forced marriages, knights, and the promise of internet cookies should their request be fulfilled. Anon author, who is a bit of an asshole really, obliges in their own idiosyncratic asshole way. There's rodents of unusual size, magic that only behaves sometimes, epic love, and violins, but not necessarily all in that order.

Summary
No matter how many times people say it, Merlin's not wholly an idiot. He's reckless, clumsy, not very good with consequences, and enjoys sleeping in when he can, but mostly he's just a fool for Arthur and that spills out into everything else no matter how he tries to contain it.

Summary
This was originally posted at the kink meme here for this prompt:
Arthur/Merlin, Arthur/Other
Arthur and Other are in a long distance, unhappy relationship. For whatever reason, Arthur is expect to stay with Other. He meets Merlin and they strike up a fast, emotionally deep, friendship. They often flirt, and have some romantic feelings towards each other. But Arthur and Other have discussed "The Line" which would define cheating on each other: Kissing on the mouth, any touching of private parts and sex.
Merlin goes to visit Arthur for the weekend, at night the end up having a light make out session, but never cross The Line. (kissing/biting necks, playful wrestling, frottage, whatever) On the last night together after an intense session they end up with their mouths barely touching, whispering to each other, but still maintaining The Line. They both want it so badly but they know how guilty they would feel if they crossed The Line.

Summary
If Merlin were being completely honest with himself, he felt more for Arthur than he thought he should. If Arthur was being honest, he felt the same way. Unfortunately, not everything is so simple -- especially when Uther finds out. Canonverse AU that is kind of fluffy and kind of angsty at the same time. Spoilers for series 4 (kind of?)
