Peeta and Katniss are instantly drawn to each other and spend 1 magical summer together. At the end before returning to District 1 Peeta declares his love for Katniss and swears he will write and call her everyday. As the months go by with no calls or letters Katniss begins to loose faith and when the Mellark's fail to return the following summer Katniss knows Peeta has moved on and forgotten her. What will she do when circumstances require the Mellarks to return permanently almost 2 years later? Will she confront Peeta on why he never answered her letters or will she just try to avoid him as if their summer of love never even happened? And what will she do when she discovers Gale's feelings are not the same as her own when it comes to their relationship?
