Summary
Meet Sifaril d'Atos, called Syfa, who lives in an alternate-reality. Her world in many points is very close to ours - there are cars, TV's, medicine of about our standarts, mobile phones, computers, stuff like that. However, there is nearly no oil left anywhere on earth and the invention of atomic energy has never been made. Society and government are loosely based on the situation in Germany during the industrial revolution, when feudal lords still held a lot of power while industrial tycoons attempted to gain influence as well. It has aspects of a surveillance society.
In this world, Berlin and all major european cities are inhabited by Gangs, some of which only call one or two streets their territory, others which rule whole neighborhoods. One of the more influential gangs are the Claws, with their young chief Syfa. Syfa is only nineteen years old when she has to deal with a full blown Gang-war, the police, intrigues within her own gang and, worst of all, her mother's love life.- Words:
