Summary
Wally West, sent to his uncles house to grow up. He meets a strange flying boy, and is taken to a far away place where growing up is not required, and flying, playing, mermaids, fairies, pirates and magic are the norm. Wally assumes that this new land is perfect, but just as his home, this new home comes with it's own problems, that he and his friends are determined to solve.
