Summary
"Now...do me a favor...and bring the Mighty Thor to his knees."
Half a year after the events of Tales of Asgard, Thor is still not worthy enough to wield Mjolnir. He's tried everything—vanquishing monsters, rescuing those in need, being nice...and nothing's working. And Loki is still a bit distant after he murdered Algrim in cold blood and trying to get over it.
But things take a turn for the worst when Surtur, the very demon their father Odin destroyed decades ago, returns to Asgard and seeks a temporary body to control while he recreates his own body: specifically Loki's body.
Now Asgard is on the verge of becoming the new Muspellheim, and Thor must rise against his little brother before he manages to use his tainted magic to summon a new body for Surtur.

He does not mean to sleep- not here.
Not with the glaring lights and the fortified glass, the cameras watching his every move as though he is some rare specimen of insect, set out for observation before the final dissection. Not surrounded by his enemies on this fortress in the sky, where probability dictates that he will suffer before he can effect his escape. It will be necessary pain, perhaps- a concession for the sake of the plan’s success- but he does not relish the knowledge that it is coming.
Still, it has been long since his last proper night’s sleep- longer since he has had a bed to call his own, or a haven where he need not worry what seeks him in the night. There have been worlds between the humans’ realm and the fall that cast him from his home, vast stretches of time filled with galaxies and the creatures that inhabit them. He has long been deprived the luxury of security, and now that he is on Midgard, he’s not had time to pause. He has hurtled forward as though possessed, every waking moment consumed with ensuring that events unfold according to his design.

To summarize it: Loki has a half-mortal daughter called Ragna. She lives on Earth and is about to get married to Tony (not! Stark), her boyfriend of five years. They are happy until the future Father-in-Law shows up and complicates things.
There will be a lot of confusion about Ragna's origins (Quote: "Did you know that in our homeland it's a custom for the husband to fight off wolves naked in the middle of winter to win the wife's hand?"), her family (Quote: "Mostly, when she got like that, I'd hand her a grandchild and run."), a fully-grown rampage of our God of Mischief and some expectations (“So when will we be expecting an heir?") poor Tony will have to deal with.
