Starring Stephanie Rogers as Madoka Kaname, Antonia Stark as Homura Akemi, Peggy Carter as Mami Tomoe, Tora Odinson as Sayaka Miki, Loki Laufeyson as Kyoko Sakura and Nick Fury as Kyubey.
There's a possibility I'll continue this series, depending on how the Madoka movie plays out.

AU in which Loki is the exiled son of Laufey. As he is being dragged back to Utgard, certain he is to be executed, he is 'rescued' by Thor and his friends, who rather than killing the jotunn on sight, take pity on him and realise he could be useful. Thor grows quite fond of Loki and tries to get him to return to Asgard with him. Loki refuses, feeling he would be even less safe amongst the Aesir. They part ways, both hoping to see each other again.
Years later, the war between the Jotunns and the Aesir is considered mostly over. Loki is alive, living in Utgard and recognised as Laufey's son, his prowess as a sorcerer and killer the only thing keeping him alive. During the run up to the annual Gladiatorial Tournament, held in Laufey's honour, Loki recognises a familiar face amongst the participants, and realises he could save not only himself, but his strong Aesir as well...Bookmarked by Annegwish

Summary
After the trial in Asgard for his various crimes, Loki Laufeyson walks away estranged from his people and burdened with tasks to amend his past wrongs. In so doing he also walks away with his three children - Fenrir, Hela and Jörmungandr - taking them out of the hands of the Æsir. He entrusts them to Tony Stark, much to everyone's surprise, and what could have been a disaster turns out to work out remarkably well for everyone involved. At least most of the time.
The various adventures of Tony, Loki and his children (and the rest of the Avengers) as they learn to get along, trust each other and forge a family stronger than even blood could create.

Summary
Prompt fills mostly for the LJ Avengers Kink Meme. They are all different, but can fit together into the same 'verse. The main pairing will be Clint/Bruce/Tony, which will be background in the prompts that don't call for it to be out front.
They do not have to be read in order. There is continuity throughout, but if you don't mind not knowing every detail of plot you can skip around (or skip a story). From Part 14 onwards the continuity is more tightly knit and slightly less stand alone. They'll still stand alone, but will have more references to earlier parts.
The ones with Skyfall are not involved in the overall series plot. You can skip either without harming anything.
