Summary
The Hawke family was used to life throwing hardship their way. Facing a Darkspawn army, fighting for life and freedom, meeting dangerous witches, it was all just life as usual. Sekhmet would fight to protect them even with her last breath. She had made a promise to Papa and she intended on keeping it, it was the least she could do after what she had done.
The story is pretty mild so far, rating will change as the story progresses. It is slightly AU as it fits into my Relationship In Pieces Universe.

On a whim, I wrote "Lucky" as an experiment in approaching Varric in a new way. What I discovered was that he and Marian had amazing chemistry. They wouldn't leave me alone! So, over the next few months I found more scenes flowing out of something I never dreamed would be much of anything. Now they bring me a special kind of joy. So, I've collected the scenes here, and will most likely add new pieces over time. It's not a full story, in the traditional sense, but piled together these moments show our storyteller and our champion paying tribute to each other.

While writing another story I felt this primal urge to kill off Anders, but I stuck to that plot and decided to write this. This takes place after his death at the end of DA2, showcasing how Hawke tries to come to terms to Anders being gone with flashbacks of their time together.

This started as a one-shot that has grown into a longer AU story arc re-imagining selected events after Act II through the end game from a circle!Bethany's POV, as if Fenris got entangled with her romantically and not Hawke. It attempts to deal in more depth with the conflict I see inherent in a Fenris/mage relationship (as opposed to the more generalized one forced on the game), especially one involving a mage in the Circle, and one possible path by which Fenris would come to terms with that dichotomy.
Any perceived similarities to the Fenris/Hawke Romance of the game is deliberate.

A re-imagining of the sequence of Act III events after a friendmanced Fenris is kidnapped as part of the “Best Served Cold” quest. I didn’t like how the game handled Fenris’s reaction (seemingly blase about the whole thing), given his background; this is what I expected would happen.
Starts immediately after Fenris leaves the scene on the Wounded Coast, and includes a variation on his Question Beliefs quest and the gifting of the Blade of Mercy.
