Pretty much as the prompt says: Irene Adler Holmes is the world's only consulting detective, Dr. Mary Morstan Watson is her trusty sidekick (including no moustache) and their stay-at-home, patient(ish) spouses are Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. Set in an alternate Victorian England where women are the dominant gender and men are their spouses and cicisbeos. Original fill here. Mostly Canon-based AU, but with a little bit of stealing from the '09 Movie (mainly, the dog).
