When she hears of the impending marriage, she's determined to save Éponine from her mother's clutches, just as Éponine had saved her.

Although he may still get the girl of his dreams, because there was more to the huntress than Peeta ever knew.

For the most part, Bil thinks that she is content like this, in her Tower with a balcony, seeing the world from 30 feet above. Sometimes, though, she aches to know the world, see landscapes she's only read about, talk to all those people she knows live out there, read all about the magic Mother refuses to let her know, but this is against the rules and Bil doesn't like being left alone.
