Summary
Told completely from Sauron's point of view. His recollections blur the lines between who is good and bad, and he is brutally and gleefully honest about his deeds as he recalls events from the past and present and gives his opinions on them.
This story begins before 'Summer Heat' and tells how Sauron became the Valar approved psychiatrist for all the elves damaged by him in Middle_earth.
The tale starts with Sauron being defeated in Middle-earth during the Ring War. He is removed to Valinor for judgement by the Valar and looks forward to spending eternity with Melkor in the void, but his time there does not go as planned and he desperately seeks to leave the horrors of his new existence. The Valar release him, but his punishment is far from over as they force him to re-evaluate his hopes for the future and explore how it feels to love another.
Then the Valar give him the evil, murderous, psychopathic Erestor to cure. Has Sauron finally met his match?

Summary
A collection of exploratory scenes throughout the First and the Second Age.
Teaser:It was one of those days. Caranthir - Moryo, then, was barely into his teens. His mind was bent on the task. If he succeded at this, maybe something good would come out of it. Maybe he would be allowed to have his sword, at long last.

Summary
Mothers sometimes keep a lock of their baby's hair as a keepsake. Lovers sometimes exchange locks of hair as a token of affection. But Feanor was never particularly fond of his half-brothers or their children. And perhaps Artanis, who was later known as Galadriel, had a very good reason for saying "no" to her uncle's request.

Summary
Vanimórë journeys south with Elgalad to a rich, corrupt city on the coast of Far Harad, where an ancient darkness has the ruler under its hand. Death and madness unfold about Sauron's son; he was made Vala in the Bath of Flame, yet this old evil will flee from power, and Vanimórë is forced to endure slavery once more as he seeks to discover what dwells upon the Isle of Plagues.
"We tempered thee as as a smith makes the finest sword, Vanimórë, with heat and hammer blows."
Dark Lands is the sequel to Dark Prince and is a collaboration between myself and Anwyn.

Summary
They had been damned for their pride.
Damned for their passions.
Damned by the Valar and by Morgoth Bauglir.
Hated and envied by both.
~~~
Reborn into an older world and freedom, they had discovered that the jealousy of Gods does not fade, and that damnation has an agelong reach.
~~~
Young Túrin grows in Imladris, while in dark Angmar, the Mouth of Sauron feeds his ambitions with unspeakable acts. Coldagnir the Balrog begins to learn what freedom is, in New Cuiviénen, the Noldor's pride and passions battle for supremacy.
~~~Every inner eye in the encampment was bent on the drama unfolding to the south, but Fëanor's mind seemed to focus all of them like a lens. There was no sound. This was the center. Fëanor's eyes were blank and blazing with impossible, unearthly light.
Summary
~ At the end of the Third Age, Glorfindel and Vanimórë, son of Sauron, are the supreme Powers on Arda, having passed through Fos Almir, the Bath of Flame.
~~~
The mighty dead have returned, and Glorfindel leads the Noldor to a haven in the east of Middle-earth, which they call their New Cuiviénen. Fëanor, released from the Void, will rule there as High King.
~~~
But the ancient loves, hates and feuds of the Noldor have not dimmed or been forgotten with the ages, and their new life becomes a tinder-box of passion, pride and power. Ancient dooms and betrayals arise, and both new and ancient notes of the Great Music are played across the Fourth Age of Arda.
~~~
Fëanor felt his sons' arms restraining him, heard their voices, but his eyes remained locked on those of Námo.“Didst thou truly believe – any of you – that thou couldst judge me?” He burned fire back at their stainless chill and then, scornfully, he laughed.

Summary
Prompt: "Choose your favorite line or quotation from a non-Tolkien source." This is a story referenced more than once but never developed in my short novel A New Day. Inspired by Dawn Felagund's ficlet "Hatred," it is an account of a low point in the relationship of Maedhros and Fingon before they left Valinor.
