    Sequel to 'a fire that's just waiting for fuel'. After making a rather- unconventional deal with Charles, Logan joined the team. In which Erik is an insecure boyfriend, Logan is shameless, and Charles does what he can. In which they get it wrong.

    Lehnsherr's eyes were a particular shade of gray-green. Logan had never known he'd associate that color with murder before.

    "I can control metal," Erik ground out.

    "I can control minds," said Charles calmly, and set down his cup of tea politely. "Aren't you glad I don't get angry easily?"
