A story in which a young mutant is given as tribute to the Grand Highblood and struggles to find his place in the world, ultimately coming to the conclusion that social reform is required. Involves over six separate duels (including two for quadrants), many scenes of violence, episode of traumatic flashbacks, multiple scenarios involving mind control, sexual encounters (both consensual and not), the destruction of no less than five fine seagoing vessels, blatant hemocaste desecration, even more blatant hemodiscrimination, two cases of mild quadrant vacillitation, one instance of quadrant fuckupery, and an inordinate amount of swearing. May not be appropriate for grubs and young trolls.

in the late hours of the day and the early hours of the eve, vriska was like a tiger; a dominatrix, fierce and seething for dominance with a carnal lust. there could be sonnets and soliloquies written to the animalistic attractiveness of vriska serket when splattered with cerulean blood and sweat, the faint smell of sex wafting from the room. eridan was not a poetic man, so these soliloquies and sonnets would likely never be written by his hand.

an AU where the game has ended an everyone is returned to their respective homes. The trolls don't know Karkat's blood colour, until Vriska finds out. our favourite trolls are split up, Vriska's team wants to get rid of all of Alternia's mutants, while Karkat's team wants to protect them. OC involvment because you really can't have a war without OCs, and the humans are in here too.

Set in a flipped timeline where the Decendents actually live before the Dancestors. Meaning, Tavros lived before Rufioh; Tavros was the Summoner instead. The trolls live on a planet shared with humans. The era is futuristic, although technology is only saved for higher blood colors. And they dress as though in the Victorian-or lower- era. Their kingdom is called Alternia, and the humans live in the neighboring kingdom of Skaia. The blood roles have switched. Feferi is now the lowest of low, possibly even mutant. Karkat is the most powerful troll in Alternia, along side Aradia, her Imperial Condescension. The kingdoms have a very rocky allignence, and often break into war. Karkat has no reason to hate them, for the red blood they share is an up most respect. So, he and the young king -John- come up with a last minute plan to fuse their kingdoms together for a greater good. The kings get married, although it is only for their people, and arrange marriages with humans and high bloods throughout the kingdoms. These people have no consent or choice on the matter. How will things work out in the end?
