Zack wakes up in a hospital a few years following the fall of Meteor. He searches for Cloud, but when he finds him, he discovers that a lot more has happened to Cloud than he can imagine, and even more begins to unravel than he wants to believe. Multiple pairings, implied and explicit sex, and explicit language and violence.
