Getting chosen for the Games was unavoidable, dying was probable, but Stiles wasn't going to let anyone tell him how to play the game. Whoever though putting him in the arena was a smart idea was about to learn just how wrong they were.
The hunt is on.

The Dwarf held up his hand to Gandalf in a signal for quiet and gave a short but courteous bow as he held Thorin’s gaze.
“Bilbo Baggins, at your service,” he said and finally stepped inside, a bemused Thorin giving way almost without thought. Whoever this was, if he would dare to quiet Gandalf – well, perhaps this night still had a chance to turn for the better.

As the invading pack grows more violent and ruthless it becomes obvious that no one in Beacon Hills is safe. The stakes are raised higher and even with new allies and a firm plan Stiles isn't sure if they'll be able to hold them off much longer.
That isn't helped in the least by Stiles' racing heartbeats and those fluttering butterflies that might or might not be connected to Derek, even if Stiles tries his best to deny it. Because there's just no way that's ever going to happen, even if he might want it to. The broody alpha would never be interested in something like that.
