Summary
This is an what-if AU. What would have happened if Ender hadn't received the save-us message by the Hive Queen and had instead been sent back to Earth, left to battle his demons by himself.
Dear Recipient: I know you specified you'd prefer something from the later books, but sadly I have not come to read them yet, so 'Ender's Game' is the only canon I'm basing this on. I hope that you'll be able to enjoy the story a little despite this.

Rating: PG, for bad sci-fi worldbuilding (Orson Scott Card's fault) and a second-hand knowledge of Ramadan (mine.) Also some swearing. No warnings.
