Derek is not stupid. He gets why Stiles puts up with him. It's clear every time Stiles looks at him, the spicy scent of lust and arousal Stiles's body can't help but put off. It doesn’t surprise him. Not at all. Derek knows what he looks like, knows that his face and his body are more than enough to compensate for his shitty personality. Stiles wants him more than he is annoyed by him. Nothing more, nothing less. It's not anything to be amazed over, nothing to write home about. Stiles isn't the first-- and most likely won't be the last-- hormone soaked teen who has panted over Derek.

Stiles isn't exactly sure how much time he spends detailing the wondrous miracle that is his beautiful, magical gift of comics, but Derek doesn't snarl or snap at him or anything. In fact, he seems oddly indulgent. And does that weird scenting shit again-- this time just his neck, thank baby Jesus. Stiles is sure that having a fully human Derek rub his face against Stiles's crotch would end in the most awkward and uncomfortable situation of all time. So, yeah, it's a good thing that Derek just, you know, sniffs and licks at his neck. Because all that does is make Stiles squeak. And that's pretty par for the course as far as his interactions with Derek have been going lately.

In a modern AU where mutants are still treated as second-class citizens, Erik once found himself an unlikely friend at a state-run boarding school. When Frances went off to college early, he felt abandoned and figured he'd never meet her again. Fifteen years (and almost three thousand miles) later, Erik runs into an oddly familiar man.
Needless to say, considering the parties involved, the meeting results in a great deal of misunderstandings and awkwardness. And sexual tension.
