This began as a playful one-off tumblr fic, but it grew a little. Captain Novak, retired home from the Navy, meets the elder Mr Winchester at a rather dull ball - and then meets him again when Mr Winchester's stepsister (Miss Harvelle) and ward (Miss Bradbury) decide to 'borrow' Captain Novak's coach for the afternoon. But with the eyes of society on all these eligible young creatures, it really would be more practical to marry... -

A Supernatural AU where Sam and Dean are Detectives for the Ogden Police Department, Castiel and Gabriel run their own chocolate shop, Gabriel making the treats and Castiel keeping a level head to make sure the books are in order. Castiel and his brother have moved to Ogden Utah to get away from Gabriel's crazy ex-turned-stalker, Alistair, and they hope that they can start a new and easy life and find love. That is until said crazy ex starts showing up again, so the Novak brothers call the Ogden PD and get introduced to the Winchester Brothers. Sparks fly and things get sticky.

Dean is a regular boy-next-door type of guy. That is, until the night he is possessed, hit in the head, exorcised, and carried into the safety on an old Impala by a hunter named Castiel. After learning of the existence of supernatural creatures, much to Dean's dismay, he is unable to get away from Castiel. Even if he could, his boyfriend and long-time best friend, Sam, is suddenly fascinated by this brand new world Cas has introduced them to. That is how they end up in the middle of a vampire hunt with Castiel, unprepared and unarmed.
Soon Dean realizes that this is only the beginning of the end of his calm, normal apple-pie life.

Sam and Dean are just about up to their hair with crap. The Apocalypse, thanks to Sam and Zachariah and Ruby and Lucifer, has been jump-started, Dean and Sam can't really look at each other anymore, let alone be in the same room, Castiel is hardly around and hardly shows up except when in need, and Dean just cannot take anymore of it.
Unfortunately, when lines get crossed one too many times for a certain hunter, Dean says "yes" to Michael and finds out that a certain Archangel is closer than anybody would have imagined. Add the Cas loves Dean (briefly), Dean loves Michael (eventually) and Sam loves Cas Love Web to that equation, and you get a mountain of crap that left the moon behind ten miles away.

Samanddeanfan1 on LJ was upset at how I treated Sam in one of my stories. So I offered to write her a dominant and toppy Sam in the setting of her choice. She wanted to see Sam and Dean as bartenders. So here you have it, my piano bar AU. It's kind of like Hooters, but for chicks and a good bit classier than that. I figured if I was writing a fantasy bar, I might as well write some place I wish I could go. And instead of an apocalypse, you've got Michael and Lucifer playing dueling pianos and our favorite angels hustling for tips.
It's more or less an excuse to appreciate the pretty, pretty boys of Supernatural.
