"Who? Cobb, or Arthur?" He got distracted from the glass by the way those shoulders rolled, the silhouette he made against the faint, wintry light.
"Both. All." The smile was as wintry as the light, and Eames swallowed. That was an old scar now, but it was stubbornly the kind that rose at too much pressure. He didn't think it'd ever completely relent.

But, in his selfishness, he had belittled the man in front of him. He had doubted his intelligence even as he moved forward with it firmly in mind. Had doubted his sincerity of spirit, his need for answers, his dogged spirit and marvelous, stunning determination.
