Summary
Esca blew on his hands and rubbed them together, not wanting to startle Marcus with their chill, then moved them carefully over the tense muscles, searching out the worst knots. He could feel the ridges and dents of the old scars through the rough cloth, could picture them running red and angry across towards the knee, but he found his way around them, as through familiar territory.

Summary
A house once shaken by the gods lies cursed forever. In which Stephanos plays more latrunculi than he would like, and reflects upon both Aquilae. This was supposed to be crack, but ended up as a character study somehow. Mostly movie-based.

Summary
In which Marcus is a historical novelist and almost all the characters are Roman-British historical reenactors; a romance in emails and bickering over historical details, with guest appearances by EVERYONE. (Rating is for a few slightly dirty text exchanges, nothing explicit.)

Summary
For the prompt: Esca accidentally switched a gift for Marcus with a gift for Liathan. The gift was something very sexual, a toy maybe, and it was supposed be a silly joke, and it would be for Liathan, who's known Esca since forever, but it's really hard to predict how Marcus will react. Not to mention Esca's hopeless crush on him...

Summary
Life on a small farm was never going to be easy, but the first year was harder than any of them had expected. And if they were going to make a success of life there, Marcus would need to let go of some things, and Cottia would have some growing up to do. Sounds grim? 'Tis a bit but there is a cute kitten, and a lot of booze and dancing, though not quite as much as I'd intended to start with.
Contains mention of animal sacrifice (but not of named animals with personalities.) Dodgy varients on Roman religion. Dubious supernatural beliefs.Last bookmarked by PodP
