Out of the corner of his eye, Stiles sees Erica rounding them, heel clicking on the floor. She flicks a strand of hair over her shoulder, gun in hand.
“It’s late,” she drawls. “I’m tired. Let’s just cut the crap, shall we. Hand him over, Hale, he belongs to the NSA.”
That’s when Derek trains his gun on Stiles, and Erica points hers at Derek.
“The CIA gets him first,” he answers. Erica moves to step closer. “One step closer, and I’ll shoot him.”
“What?” Stiles squeaks, angry at how small he sounds. He’s still breathing hard, panic spilling over every inch of his body, making him shake. He’s freaking out while his date is threatening to shoot him. This wasn’t how he imagined the night ending. This wasn’t how he imagined he’d die.
“You shoot him, I shoot you. I’ll just leave your bodies here and go grab a late night snack. I’m thinking about pancakes, I haven’t had them in way too long,” Erica ponders, seemingly completely unaffected by what’s happening.

Seriously? What the hell was that? Because putting a collar on someone was supposed to make them manageable or something? Sure thing.

Again with the control issues. But then again betas were by far the most common classification type, so Stiles assumed that was mainly posted to keep things kind of even.
His least favorite was definitely: "Keep Omegas Pure - Report Uncollared Unmated Alphas Always"
Just wow.
